Kwesi receives NSF Graduate Research Fellowship

Congratulations to AiiCE Student Advisory Board member Jabari Kwesi for being selected as one of the four Duke University Computer Science students to receive the esteemed 2024 NSF Graduate Research Fellowships. This prestigious award, from the National Science Foundation, recognizes individuals early in their graduate careers who demonstrate exceptional potential for significant research achievements in STEM. Jabari's selection highlights his promising future as a researcher in the field of Human-Computer Interaction. Jabari is an integral part of the AiiCE Bass Connections Research Project: Understanding Perceptions of Race Among Computer Science Undergraduates. He graduated from Duke with a degree in Computer Science in May 2023 and is currently a first-year Ph.D. student under the mentorship of Dr. Pardis Emami-Naeini.
